Development objective Explain how the achievement of above immediate objectives will ensure consistency, quality assurance, research and development and/or technical issues.

Project organization (manning) - Who is the project owner, -leader and participants?
- Identify the need for a steering group and what it should control
- Identify the need for at reference group and its role
- What actions are needed to secure involvement from central interested parties?
Communication
- Identify ways of communication – in the group and to the rest of the IHTSDO.
- How often should there be communicated and to whom?
- Address lists to be used when communicating with interested parties.

- Who are the central interested parties?
- Are they internal or external?
- What are their expectations concerning fulfillment and outcome?

Plan and milestones - Describe activities to secure progress, e.g. kick-off meeting, frequency of reporting or evaluation and deadlines.
