The IHTSDO publishes its Annual Quality Report for 2011, prepared by the Quality Assurance Committee. The report provides examples of quality activity across all aspects of IHTSDO work; terminology and associated products, organizational and product development processes, associated IHTSDO services and the performance of the IHTSDO. The report also outlines some of the key activity areas of quality development to be progressed in 2012.

The intended audience for this report is the IHTSDO community of practice and other key stakeholders who are interested in better understanding how the IHTSDO incorporates, monitors and measures quality both within the organization and in its products.
