IHTSDO staff would like to extend a special thank you to all those who completed evaluation forms to help us continue to improve future meetings. Examples of what we learned include:
- Holding educational workshops in conjunction with the Working Group meetings was well received. Specific suggestions regarding format, content, and other aspects of the workshops will help us to design future events.
- The majority of attendees (75%) felt that the length of the meetings was about right, with the rest about evenly split between preferring longer or shorter meetings. Most (85%) also said that the order of the meetings was suitable. We received a number of specific suggestions for meeting format and schedules that we will be looking at for future meetings.
- The venue received high marks overall, with a number of attendees recommending a return to the same location for future conferences in Denmark. Some also asked us to look for a central Copenhagen location instead. Given the other demands on bandwidth, it may be better to use land lines rather than VOIP phones for teleconference links.
