The International Health Terminology Standards Development Organisation (IHTSDO) is pleased to announce the fourth international SNOMED CT Implementation Showcase, to be held at the KIT (Royal Tropical Institute) in Amsterdam, Netherlands from 30-31 October 2014. Following the success of previous Showcases held in Sydney, Stockholm and Washington DC, this promises to be an unmissable event for anyone interested in the leading global clinical terminology - SNOMED CT.
This year the Showcase theme is "SNOMED CT: making health records make sense". The Showcase will allow attendees to interact with SNOMED CT implementers from around the world who will share their first-hand knowledge about the benefits, challenges and lessons learned from a variety of implementations. Session attendees will also have an opportunity to visit vendors in the Showcase exhibition area.
