The Management Board has now confirmed the following dates and locations for the 2010 Community of Practice face-to-face meetings:

• April 26-30, 2010 in Copenhagen
• October 15-19, 2010 in Toronto

The IHTSDO April conference 2010 will take place at the Clarion Hotel in Copenhagen.

Clarion Hotel Copenhagen guarantees accommodation availability until March 15^th 2010. After this date, accommodation will be provided based upon the availability.

Rooms can be booked via this site until 21^st April 2010.

IHTSDO’s General Assembly will meet on April 26th, followed by the Standing Committees on April 27th and the Project and Special Interest Groups on April 28th and 29th . The Members’ Forum will meet April 30th.

IHTSDO Conference Dinner will be held at the National Museum on Wednesday 28 April - see the buffet menu here. If you have special dietary requirements, please mention them at the time of the registration process, which will be communicated to the restaurant at the National Museum.
