Two types of Working Groups exist:
SIGs are open and ongoing bodies that examine issues related to specified topics that are relevant to the IHTSDO and its members. PGs are focused on completing a specific assignment within a defined time. They generally have a fixed membership.
Each SIG or PG reports to either one or more of the Standing Committees, or to the Healthcare Professional Coordination Group (HPCG).
All Working Groups support open participation. To join a Special Interest Group or to access information about one of the other groups you need to create an Account on the IHTSDO Collaborative Space and then locate the relevant groups and click the "Join this Project" button.
