Arrangements for Governance of the IHTSDO and SNOMED CT are set out in the IHTSDO Articles of Association. These are available to download.
Updates to the Articles of Association were made in October 2007 and 2008, following endorsement by the General Assembly. The lastest version can be downloaded by clicking on the links to the right.
